<br />. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />6. <br /> <br />As a result of the site plan review process by the <br />Planning Commission and City Council, every effort will be <br />made to prevent the destruction of natural amenities that <br />are present on the property. Furthermore, the Minnesota <br />Historical Society has indicated that there are no <br />historical or archeological properties found within the <br />project area. <br /> <br />7. The developer's of Elk Park Center will be required to <br />fully comply with all other requirements of the City's <br />Code of Ordinances including all conditions made part of <br />the approval process for the Planned Unit Development. <br /> <br />Lastly, staff concurs with the Commission's conditions, <br />however, it is recommended Condition #8 be modified to read as <br />follows: <br /> <br />8. The project design provide that the traffic level of <br />service on the intersection of Jackson Road and TH 169, <br />Highland Avenue and Jackson Road, School Street and <br />Jackson Road, Freeport Avenue and School Street, Elk Hills <br />Drive and Dodge Street, School Street and TH 169, and <br />Freeport Avenue and Jackson Road not be degraded and the <br />developers be responsible for off-site infrastructure <br />improvement that are necessary and appropriate as a result <br />of Elk Park Center. <br />
