There were a total of 6 bids received. The <br />following table provides a list of bidders and their total bid: <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />D.B. Larson Excavating, Inc. <br />Bonine Excavating, Inc. <br /> <br />$122,307.00 <br />$124,351.50 <br />$125,945.95 <br />$127,244.50 <br />$128,654.65 <br />$137,021.61 <br /> <br />There was no feasibility study prepared for this project; however we have estimated the <br />construction cost at approximately $150,000. The low bidder is 22 % under this estimate. <br /> <br />We have been discussing these proposed improvements with Mr. Steve Hartman, the owner <br />of Lots 11 and 12, Block 1 in Royal Oaks Addition. This is the property owner from which <br />an easement is needed to get the flow from Deerfield 3rd through Royal Oaks to the wetland <br />and drainage area in the southeast of that addition. Mr .Hartman has provided us with a <br />listing of conditions he would like to see met in order to provide the necessary easement. <br />A summary of them is as follows and attached for your review is the actual list provided by <br />Mr. Hartman. <br /> <br />1.
