P <br /> <br />CASWELL <br />PARK)/ <br />93-13 <br /> <br />ISSUE <br /> <br />A preliminary plat to subdivide 5.5 acres into 3 industrial <br />lots. <br /> <br />LOCATION <br /> <br />Immediately north of County Road No. 1 and south of Meadowvale <br />School. <br /> <br />ZONING/LAND USE <br /> <br />II (Light Industrial)/ LI (Light Industrial) <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Location Map, Zoning Map, Preliminary Plat <br /> <br />OVERVIEW <br /> <br />The proposed plat is being processed as an administrative <br />subdivision, which does not require Planning Commission review <br />unless recommended by the City Council. Although the process <br />involves preparation of preliminary and final plat, the <br />approval time is expedited. If the Council approves the <br />preliminary plat, the final plat will be prepared in accordance <br />with Council recommendations. Staff will review the final plat <br />and have the Mayor and City Attorney sign the plat prior to <br />recording with Sherburne County. <br /> <br />ANALYSIS <br /> <br />The proposed plat involves 5.5 acres of vacant property <br />directly in front of Meadowvale School. This property was not <br />included in the purchase by the school district for the <br />construction of Meadowvale School. The property's current <br />zoning provides for the subdivision and development of the <br />property for industrial purposes. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />P.O.
