Fences used to contain agricultural animals are also <br />required to meet a 200 foot setback from any neighboring home. <br />Currently, the proposed structure and fence would meet these <br />standards. <br /> <br />AGRICULTURAL USE <br /> <br />Because of the size of the parcel (20 acres), staff does not <br />have a big concern regarding the agricultural use. The <br />applicant will be required to meet applicable animal ordinance <br />codes. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />Staff is recommending approval of this conditional use permit <br />to construct a 2,000 sq ft metal skin agricultural building <br />within a platted with the following conditions: <br /> <br />. 1- THE COLOR AND ROOF OF THE ACCESSORY STRUCTURE MATCH <br /> THE EXTERIOR OF THE HOUSE OR BE OF AN EARTH TONE <br /> COLOR. <br /> 2. WHEN THE AREA IS FURTHER SUBDIVIDED, THE ISSUE OF THE <br /> AGRICULTURAL USE WILL BE ADDRESSED. <br /> 3. THE ACCESSORY STRUCTURE BE SETBACK A MINIMUM OF 300 <br /> FEET FROM ANY NEIGHBORING DWELLING. <br /> 4. THE AGRICULTURAL FENCE BE SETBACK A MINIMUM OF 200 <br /> FEET FROM ANY NEIGHBORING DWELLING. <br /> <br />. <br />
