HERITAGE LANDING <br /> <br />The final underground improvements along Fresno Street associated with Heritage Landing <br />project are currently being completed. They will follow immediately with the construction of <br />the streets and restoration items. It is anticipated that this project will be substantially complete <br />by the end of August. <br /> <br />5. CHERRYHILL BLUFFS 2ND ADDITION <br /> <br />The construction on the Cherryhill Bluffs 2nd Addition has begun with the grading operation. <br />This should be completed shortly and will continue from that point with the underground <br />construction and street construction. It is anticipated this project will be completed in late <br />September. <br /> <br />6. MISSISSIPPI OAKS ADDmON <br /> <br />The City Council has authorized award of the contract to LaTour Construction, Inc. However, <br />it was contingent upon the developer performing. To date the developer has not placed a letter <br />of credit, entered into the developer's agreement or filed the final plat. Therefore, no activities <br />have taken place on this project. <br /> <br />7. MEADOWVALE HEIGHlS IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br />Construction has begun this week on the Meadowvale Heights Improvement. As you are aware <br />this project is a private development, therefore the City is involvement in inspection of the <br />improvements through our staff. We anticipate, based on the contractors schedule, that this <br />project will be entirely complete by approximately October 1. <br /> <br />8. MEADOWVALE HEIGHlS TRUNK IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br />The plans and specifications for the trunk sanitary sewer and water main to serve the <br />Meadowvale Heights Addition have been completed. We have been continuing negotiations basis <br />with the Nord family for easements within which to construct these improvements. We are <br />prepared to recommend at the August 16th City Council meeting that the Advertisement for Bids <br />be placed. This will result in bids being opened and construction beginning approximately 1 to <br />2 weeks after Labor Day. Actual service will be available approximately at the time that the <br />internal improvements are completed. <br />
