STAFF IS RECOMMENDING A WATER AVAILABILITY CHARGE OF <br />$300 PER LOT BE CHARGED FOR THE 14 BUILDABLE LOTS, <br />PAYABLE PRIOR TO RECORDING THE PLAT. <br /> <br />2. AN ASSOCIATION AGREEMENT FOR THE PROJECT IS FOUND <br />ACCEPTABLE TO THE CITY ATTORNEY. <br />
