A map showing the <br />general location of the affected area is attached. <br /> <br />OVERVIEW <br /> <br />Staff refers the City Council to Section 900.20 "General <br />Regulations." Subsection b states that the total square <br />footage of all non agricultural accessory buildings on a single <br />family parcel can not exceed 1,400 square feet.
