FURTHER, THAT THIS ROAD IS <br />TARRED TO THE PLAT BOUNDARY. <br /> <br />16. THIS PLAT IS CONTINGENT UPON A VARIANCE BEING <br />APPROVED FOR THE MAXIMUM LENGTH OF A DEAD-END ROAD. <br /> <br />17. IMPROVEMENTS IN THE PLAT ARE TO BE COMPLETED WITHIN <br />1 YEAR FOLLOWING THE DATE OF FINAL PLAT APPROVAL. <br /> <br />18. THE DEVELOPER REIMBURSE THE CITY FOR THE COST OF <br />REVIEWING THIS PLAT PRIOR TO FINAL PLAT REVIEW. <br /> <br />REVISED PLAT DRAWING <br /> <br />The original plat drawing showed 193rd extending westerly from <br />its present location to intersect with Elgin Drive. This <br />resulted in double frontage lots, which the Planning Commission <br />recommended eliminating. The revised plat drawing shows the <br />elimination of this 193rd extension and the double frontage <br />lots. <br />
