The first phase is proposed ~o be 37 lots. <br /> <br />FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF FUTURE PHASES <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Section 1008.08 (l)(c) states that final plat must be submitted <br />within 1 year after the date of apprc?al of preliminary plat. <br />If this is not done, the preliminary plat will be considered <br />void (unless for good cause, a reason for granting an <br />extension, can be shown).
