<br />We would also encourage the City or Developer to contact the Metropolitan <br />Council, as the Council's model has been including the collar counties, i.e. <br />Sherburne County into it's traffic forecasting. <br /> <br />. In regards to figure 3, we are requesting the City or Developer to submit the <br />methodology used in projecting its trip distribution percentages. There was no <br />discussion on ho\v the numbers were being distributed or the volume of traffic to <br />be distributed. <br /> <br />. In regards to the traffic study on page 9, we feel the traffic analyses for <br />intersections should include the adjacent intersections within Anoka County. <br /> <br />Thank you again for allowing us the opportunity to comment on the Liberty Heights <br />Estates EA W. We feel very 'strongly with our current modeling efforts and the future of <br />our transportation system, that we need to be on the same page when coordinating the <br />transportation system we all share in this area.
