This the anticipated pllasing of this project, tl1is <br />access is several years away from being l1eeded, thereby givil1g both COllnties, City al1d <br />State tilne to resolve this issue. <br /> <br />COn1lllellt - hnpacts on the regional and Anoka County trallsportatioll systenl. <br /> <br />Response - TIle proposed development will have millimal impacts on the regional alld <br />Anoka County transportation system. <br /> <br />COlllll1e11t - Reqllest for an Average Daily Traffic (ADT) Map to Nloka County alld tile <br />Inetllodology used to forecast its filhlre traffic counts and tIle projected traffic COU11ts for <br />its 2014 scenarios. <br /> <br />Response - The ADT map is sllown on Figure 6 in the repo11 dated February 7,2006. For <br />the 2014 scellarios, the no-build increased by fOllI percent per year to aCCOllnt for area- <br />\vide development. Trips generated fi"om Riverpark alld the tvvo SCllools \vere also added. <br />For the 2014 bllild scenario, the volumes dlle to tIle proposed residelltial development <br />vvere added to tIle 2014 no-build volumes. <br /> <br />COll1lllent - Reqllest for future traffic volumes, trip generation, and trip distribution <br />percentages. Encourage the City and Developer to contact tIle Metropolitan COllncil for <br />traffic forecasting. <br /> <br />Response - As described in the report dated February 7,2006, trip gelleration for the <br />proposed developll1ent were estimated based on data presented in the lllstitute of <br />Transportatiol1 Engineer's (ITE) Trip Generation, Seventh Addition. Trip distlibutio11 <br />percentages for tIle subject development trips \vere established based on the nearby <br />roadway network, existillg and expected nlture traffic patterns alld location of the sllbject <br />developnlellt.
