The affected property is located just west of <br />County Road 70, which is maintained by Anoka County. Both lots <br />would have frontage on County Road 70. <br /> <br />DIMENSIONAL REGULATIONS <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />The affected property is located in the Al zoning district <br />where the minimum lot size is 10 acres with 300 feet of <br />frontage on a public road. Both proposed parcels would meet <br />the size requirements.
