<br />. <br /> <br />conformance with all applicable terms and conditions of <br />this permit, subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />(a) The operation of the contaminated soil storage <br />and treatment facility shall comply in all <br />respects with all applicable requirements of the <br />City Code of Ordinances and all applicable <br />federal, state, and county laws and regulations. <br /> <br />(b) The contaminated soil storage and treatment <br />facility shall be located and operated as shown <br />on the plans submitted by Permittee. <br /> <br />(c) The contaminated soil treatment facility shall <br />be operated by ConTeck Environmental Services. <br />Operation of the facility by a different <br />operator shall require the prior written <br />approval of the City. Any different operator of <br />the facility must fully comply with all of the <br />terms and conditions of this Permit. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />(d) Storage and treatment of contaminated soil <br />defined as a dangerous waste under Section 604 <br />of the City Code shall be subject to the <br />requirements of Section 604 of the City Code and <br />this permit for the handling of Dangerous <br />Wastes; and to the requirements of the <br />Licensee's Industrial Solid Waste Management <br />Plan as approved by the City. <br /> <br />(e) Contaminated soil may be stored at the storage <br />and treatment facility no longer than one year <br />before treatment. <br /> <br />(f) Surface water drainage in the vicinity of the <br />soil storage area must be controlled and must <br />not enter the liner system of the storage area. <br /> <br />(g) That permittee is in strict compliance with all <br />other terms, conditions and requirements of this <br />conditional use permit, including specifically, <br />but not limited to, the operational and <br />environmental monitoring requirements of <br />sections 4, 6, and 7; and the requirements of <br />sections 16 and 24 to make prompt payment of all <br />fees due to the City. No contaminated soil may <br />be accepted at the contaminated soil storage and <br />treatment facility if this condition is not <br />complied with. Permittee must immediately stop <br />accepting contaminated soil upon written notice <br />from the City that there is a violation of this <br />condition. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />5. <br />
