<br />.. <br /> <br />conditions of this permit, subject to the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br />(a) The operation of the yard waste composting <br />facility shall comply in all respects with all <br />applicable requirements of the City Code of <br />Ordinances and all applicable federal, state, <br />and county laws and regulations. <br /> <br />(b) The yard waste composting facility shall be <br />located and operated as shown on the plans <br />submitted by Permittee. <br /> <br />(c) All plastics shall be removed from yard waste <br />brought to the facility before composting. <br /> <br />(d) All municipal solid waste must be immediately <br />removed from yard waste and landfilled. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />(e) The yard waste composting facility must be <br />operated in such a manner as to keep odors to a <br />minimum. If odor becomes a problem staff may <br />require more frequent turning of compost piles <br />and/or watering to ensure that the compost <br />remains aerobic and breaks down as quickly as <br />possible. <br /> <br />(f) The maximum amount of yard waste which may be <br />accepted is 100,000 cubic yards per year. <br /> <br />(g) Positive drainage away from the compost area <br />must be implemented, as approved by City staff. <br /> <br />(h) Yard waste and/or compost may not be used as <br />daily cover for the landfill. <br /> <br />(i) That permittee is in strict compliance with all <br />other terms, conditions and requirements of this <br />conditional use permit, including specifically, <br />but not limited to, the operational and <br />environmental monitoring requirements of <br />sections 4, 6, and 7, and the requirements of <br />sections 16 and 24 to make prompt paYment of all <br />fees and costs due to the City. No yard waste <br />may be accepted at the yard waste composting <br />facility if this condition is not complied with. <br />Permittee must immediately stop accepting yard <br />waste upon written notice from the City that <br />there is a violation of this condition. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />(03) Contaminated Soil Storaqe and Treatment. The <br />operation of a contaminated soil storage and treatment <br />facility on the Landfill Property may be conducted, in <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />4. <br />
