A map <br />is attached which shows the location of the affected property. <br /> <br />BACKGROUND <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />The applicant is requesting a conditional use permit which <br />would allow him to excavate roughly 31,250 cubic yards of black <br />dirt from an existing wetland located in Royal Oaks Ridge. The <br />black dirt generated would be removed from the premise and sold <br />by the contractor. It is unclear at this time whether the <br />black dirt would be stock piled on site until it was sold or if <br />it would be removed immediately and sold elsewhere.
