Provisions to pick up <br />the drainage before leaving the plat should be provided. Also, the storm sewer just ends at <br />this point. More detail, including design calculations, is needed before final approval. <br /> <br />11. Cut-de-sacs tcnd to be consumed with driveways, mailboxes, and fire hydrants, thus leaving <br />minimal area for snow storage. In an e.ffort to help this sitmltion, centrally t~1tcd banks <br />of mail and paper boxes should be required. <br /> <br />12. The alignment of Joplin Street needs to be considered. Joplin is proposed as a major north- <br />south roadway between CSAH 30 and TH 10. However, its alignment south of CSAH 30 <br />is in conflict with the existing farmstead north of CSAH 30. If built on its current <br />alignment, the northerly extension may require an offset intersection. Other options would <br />be to move the alignment south of CSAH 30 to the eat or west. However, such a decision <br />would need to be made now. The final alternative would be the removal of the farmstead <br />in the future. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />13. A review of the available sanitary sewer indicates it will be possible to serve this plat by <br />gravity.
