Thcre <br />is a narrow strip along the southern boundary that Is 7.oned P: ld slng1e famlty n:sldt:nda1. <br />It appears that several lots, including Lots 10, 12, 13, 19, and 20, Block 2 may be deficient <br />in frontage width for the RId zoning. <br /> <br />3. The plat will need to be reviewed by the County for road and driveway access and right-of- <br />way issues along CSAH 30. Also, the issue of will the exception adjacent to CSAH 30 want <br />to develop and, if so, would access to the County Road be granted should be considered. <br />Pt:rhaps a method to access this property from 180th A venue should be provided. <br /> <br />4. The cul-de-sacs on 180th and 179th Avenues both exceed the ordinance maximum length of <br />500 feet. <br /> <br />S.
