A feasibility study and <br />assessment hearing should have been held prior to the <br />construction season in 1992 for this project to take place <br />during this season. <br /> <br />Equipment and Lease Purchase Pavments <br /> <br />Approximately $340,000 will be spent on smaller equipment items <br />and lease purchase payments. An example of the projects is <br />listed in the 1990 project year. <br /> <br />Park Improvements <br /> <br />Approximately $25,000 is anticipated to be spent from the Park <br />Dedication Fund for smaller improvements to existing parks and <br />minor parkland purchases. The recommendation for expenditure <br />of these funds will come from the Park and Recreation <br />Commission to the City Council. <br /> <br />Waste Water Treatment Plant Propertv <br /> <br />If property has not been purchased per description in the 1990 <br />work plan, then efforts for this should continue. <br /> <br />Old Citv Hall <br /> <br />If a future City Hall site is purchased and plans are <br />proceeding for the construction of a long term permanent <br />facility, then removal of this structure may take place. <br />Removal of this structure may also depend upon a private <br />developer proposal being received. City funding for this <br />project would come from the Landfill City Hall Reserve. <br /> <br />Communitv Center <br /> <br />City Council action on a 1990 recommendation from the Community <br />Center Task Force is anticipated.
