PLUS $2.25 PER SQUARE FOOT PAYABLE AFTER THE FIRST FOUR MONTHS <br />EXTENSION, AND $4.50 CASH PER S.F. PER MONTH AFTER THE FIRST FOUR MONTHS <br />AND WITH 90 DAYS NOTICE IF SPACE IS LEASED. COMMISSIONER FARBER SECONDED <br />THE MOTION. <br /> <br />Commissioner Dwyer indicated that he would vote against the motion as he feels <br />the Incubator is a temporary arrangement and because SolarAttic has already <br />extended its lease. <br /> <br />THE MOTION CARRIED 5-1. PRESIDENT DWYER VOTED NAY. <br /> <br />10. Consider Renewina Lease of Business Incubator <br /> <br />Marc Nevinski suggested that he contact Larry Hickman and request a month <br />extension on the lease of the Incubator building to allow the EDA to continue this <br />discussion at a later date. It was the consensus of the EDA to discuss this at a <br />special EDA meeting. <br /> <br />11 . Other Business <br /> <br />Chamber <br /> <br />Commissioner Gongoll indicated that Renee Sandee has resigned as Chamber of <br />Commerce Executive Vice President. He stated that anyone who has information <br />on possible candidates for the position should contact him. <br /> <br />Uodate of Economic Develooment Director Search <br /> <br />The City Administrator updated the Council on the search for the Director of <br />Economic Development. <br /> <br />12. Adiournment <br /> <br />There being no other business, COMMISSIONER MOTIN MOVED TO ADJOURN THE <br />MEETING. COMMISSIONER THOMPSON SECONDED THE MOTION.
