Mr. Mulrooney stated he is willing to meet anytime. however. it
should be cleared with Pat Klaers first. He also confirmed that he is on a
retainer basis. Anything above and beyond the retainer is on an hourly basis.
Mr. Mulrooney stated that he meets with the Council once a month and will be
attending the EnC meetings on a regular basis. He is also willing to attend
committee meetings.

Chairman Lundberg stated that all the committees should continue to meet.
When Mr. Mulrooney wants to attend a meeting or when a committee wants to talk
to him. contact should be made through Pat Klaers.

Budget preparation was discussed briefly and it was stated that Mike Mulrooney
will be assisting in this area.

4.

Other
Chairman Lundberg stated that some membership expirations will be coming
up on January 1. 1988. The
Commission does not need someone's name on the membership list just for
names sake.

Dick Gongoll. commenting on the Beverage Company. stated that the bad
part of the deal was that Elk River was not selected; but the good part
was that Elk River was one of the top cities. He noted a special thank you to John
Oliver. surveyor. for the exellent job he did on follow-up to questions
regarding sites and locations.

There being no further business the meeting of the Economic Development Task
Force Commission adjourned at 8:45 p.m.

?7?K'

Danille Mathison
Recording Secretary
