PERMITS <br /> <br />Several permits will be required prior to the proposed construction of the improvements. Required <br />permits include but are not limited to the following: <br /> <br />. Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (NPDES) <br /> <br />Watermain <br /> <br />Sanitary Sewer <br /> <br />Erosion/Sediment Control <br /> <br />VIII. INFORMATIONAL MEETING <br /> <br />An informational meeting was held on Thursday, March 30, 2006 relative to these proposed <br />improvements. A total of eight properties were represented. The Appendix contains the sign-up <br />sheet, presentation materials and minutes of the informational meeting. <br /> <br />IX. PROJECT COST <br /> <br />The estimated construction and project costs for the proposed street and utility improvements are <br />summarized in Table 1. Based on past experiences on similar projects in the City, the overhead items <br />have been estimated at 28% of the construction cost.
