<br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Planning Commission Minutes <br />August 2, 1982 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />are three phases: houses, shopping center, final (more houses). <br /> <br />Commissioner Pearce indicated that possibly Barthel could be added to the <br />end of the agenda, but no motion would be made tonight. <br /> <br />Ken Barthel indicated his displeasure with being put on the end of the agenda, <br />stating he had another meeting to attend tonight. <br /> <br />Gary Santwire voiced his objection that Barthel was being put on the agenda. Mr. <br />Santwire indicat'ed the Barthel should go through the proper route to be put on the <br />agenda. <br /> <br />Chairman Tracy indicated that Barthel would be added as Item 9 of the August 2nd. <br />Planning Commission meeting. <br /> <br />3. Minutes <br /> <br />Commissioner Pearce indicated that there was a question of a double motion on Item <br />#9 of the minutes from the June meeting. <br /> <br />Rick Breezee indicated that he would look into that motion. <br /> <br />MOTION BY COMMISSIONER PEARCE TO APPROVE THE MINUTES OF THE JUNE 24, 1982 PLA1~ING <br />COMMISSION MEETING WITH THE MODIFICATION OF ITEM 9. MOTION SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />GUNKEL. MOTION PASSED 5-0. <br /> <br />4. Consider Conditional Use Permit -Fred Watts <br /> <br />Tabled to the August meeting. <br /> <br />5. Consider Correction to Section 900.18(2) - Accessory Use Setbacks <br /> <br />Rick Breezee read through the previous wording of the section as mentioned in his <br />memo to the Planning Commission. Rick Breezee further indicated that the mistake <br />was typographical. Rick Breezee further indicated that the intent was that a <br />24' x 24' wood frame be set back as with required uses. <br /> <br />Discussion followed regarding the correction to the Section 900.18(2) regarding the <br />accessory use setbacks. <br /> <br />MOTION BY COMMISSION GUNKEL TO APPROVE THE WORDING AS SUBMITTED TO THE CORRECTION <br />OF CITY CODE, SECTION 900.18(2) - ACCESSORY USE SETBACKS. MOTION SECONDED BY COM- <br />MISSIONER KREUSER. MOTION PASSED 5-0. <br /> <br />6. Consider Conditional Use Request - Patti Swanson <br /> <br />Ms. Patti Swanson and Mr. Dick Huseth, representing Electrolux, were present to <br />discuss the request by Ms. Swanson. Mr. Huseth indicated that Ms. Swanson was re- <br />questing to have an Electrolux office out of her home located at 13651 Highway 10. <br />Mr. Huseth further indicated that there was a question regarding the 2' x 2' square <br />
