Discussion of Continuation of Zack Johnson's Consulting Services <br /> <br />Commissioner Fox read a letter Zack Johnson set to the Commission stating that his <br />contract with the City of- Elk River is soon to expire and also, if the City still <br />desires his services. Commissioner Hinkle felt that we need this sort of technical <br />assistance. Commissioner Fox said he had called Mr. Johnson several times with <br />questions and greatly benefitted from his advice. Mr. Adolphson stated the City <br />has no plans to terminate Mr. Johnson's services. COM}fISSIONER HINKLE MOVED TO <br />RECOMMEND TO THE CITY TO CONTRACT WITH ZACK JOHNSON. COMMISSIONER TRACY SECONDED <br />THE MOTION. MOTION PASSED 4-0. <br /> <br />9. Jack Holmes' Resignation <br /> <br />Commissioner Fox stated that he had talked with Commissioner Holmes and that <br />Commissioner Holmes said he would have to resign from the Planning Commission. <br />He has too many con~licts and would not be able to attend the Planning Commission <br />meetings. <br /> <br />10.
