<br />5. Designs, plans, organizes, and administers golf programs and activities. <br />A. Reserves facilities for programs and activities. <br />B. Manages program fee structure to cover costs and assure affordability. <br />C. Assures adequate staffIng and supplies for programs and activities. <br />D. Prepares program descriptions for all promotional material. <br />E. Actively promotes and publicizes programs offered. <br />F. Assists with the coordinating of all marketing for these activities. <br />G. Works various programs as needed. <br /> <br />7. Performs customer service duties. <br />A. Receives calls and visitors. <br />B. Answers routine questions. <br />C. Greets the public. <br />D. Provides information, explanation, and assistance for golf course services, programs, <br />policies, and procedures. <br />E. Registers participants in golf course programs. <br /> <br />9. Performs other essential job duties. <br />A. Regular and timely work attendance. <br />B. Follows all safety procedures. <br />C. Participates in safety training. <br />D.
