The Commission can recommend changes if desired. <br /> <br /> <br />Background/Discussion <br />The bylaws and enabling resolution of the HPC may be reviewed at any time and must be reviewed at least <br />once per year at the annual meeting. <br /> <br />As part of the annual review, board members may propose any other changes to the bylaws or enabling <br />resolution by motion. All bylaw changes shall be reviewed and approved by the Heritage Preservation <br />Commission and must be filed with the Office of the City Clerk. <br /> <br />Financial Impact <br />None <br /> <br />Mission/Policy/Goal <br />Reflect the culture of citizens and what is important. <br /> <br />Attachments <br />1.
