OTHER <br />15. The City Council may adjust any section of the Pay Plan at any City Council <br />meeting for any reason including performance incentives, state or federal law <br />changes, the Pay Equity Law, or any other reason the Council deems appropriate. <br />16. All employees who are members of the Law Enforcement Labor Services (LELS), <br />Locals 231, 271, 501, and 589, or the International Union of Operating Engineers, <br />Local 49, shall receive compensation and benefits as outlined in the Master Labor <br />Agreement between the city and the union. <br />Page 59 of 447 <br />
