duties include responding to after-hours emergency callouts and performing <br />required duties at the Wastewater Treatment Facility on Saturday, Sunday, and <br />any holidays that fall within the assigned week. Wastewater operators shall <br />receive 4 hours of additional overtime/compensatory pay for on -call rounds <br />performed on paid holidays that fall within their on -call week (total of 14 hours of <br />pay if during a week with a single -paid holiday). If a holiday falls on a Monday, the <br />operator that was on call on Sunday is on call for the holiday. Unexpected <br />conditions resulting in work for wastewater operators extending beyond a 2.5- <br />hour rotation on weekends or holidays will be paid according to the actual time <br />worked by the employee calculated to the nearest 15-minutes. <br />Premium Pay <br />11. Non -union snowplow operators working on snow removal duties on Saturdays <br />and Sundays will receive one- and one-half times their regular rate of pay for <br />their hours worked. <br />INSURANCE BENEFITS <br />12. <br />13 <br />14. <br />All regular full-time employees are eligible for insurance benefits. Part-time <br />employees scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for <br />prorated insurance benefits. Retired employees with a Phased Retirement Option <br />Agreement are eligible for insurance benefits as identified in the Agreement. <br />Seasonal and temporary employees are not eligible for insurance benefits. <br />Employees eligible for insurance benefits are eligible for participation in the city's <br />Flexible Benefits Plan. The contribution levels shall be as follows: <br />Health Insurance Election <br />Single <br />Employee & Spouse <br />Employee & Child(ren) <br />Family <br />Opt -out <br />Monthly City Contribution <br />$753.00 <br />$1,570.00 <br />$1,557.00 <br />$2,211.00 <br />$300.00 <br />Employees participating in the city's Flexible Benefits Plan shall be provided <br />$25,000 group term life insurance coverage. <br />Paid On -call Firefighters who are not full-time city employees shall be provided <br />$10,000 life insurance coverage. <br />Page 58 of 447 <br />
