Maps 1 through 72 are complete. <br />• I am still working with the vendor to get our thirty recalled reclosers repaired. <br />• ERMU has begun copper switchgear replacements. We have replaced two so far. <br />• Working with Minnesota Municipal Power Agency on solar and gas plant projects. <br />• Working through Lumen’s pole attachment request. <br />• Working through three different new development plans currently. <br />• The new double tandem digger truck #15 scheduled for 2026 has been pushed back to <br />first quarter of 2027. <br /> <br />157
