238040v2 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 25-10 <br />BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />ELK RIVER MUNICIPAL UTILITIES <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE ELK RIVER MUNICIPAL UTILITIES 2026 BUDGET AND <br />2026 SCHEDULE OF RATES AND FEES <br />WHEREAS, Elk River Municipal Utilities staff has presented the preliminary 2026 budget, <br />and the 2026 Schedule of Rates and Fees as contained in the 2026 Annual Business Plan, <br />to the Commission; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Commission has reviewed the budget and made modifications that <br />reflect the desired service level; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the budget represents a reasonable estimate of the spending required to <br />provide the desired service level; AND <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the schedule of rates and fees is reasonable and necessary to support our <br />2026 budget. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF <br />ELK RIVER MUNICIPAL UTILITIES, BASED UPON THE FOREGOING RECITALS <br />INCORPORATED HEREIN, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. The Elk River Municipal Utilities 2026 budget is hereby adopted as presented. <br />2. The Elk River Municipal Utilities 2026 Schedule of rates and fees is hereby <br />adopted as presented. <br /> <br />This Resolution Passed and Adopted this 18th day of December, 2025. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />John J.
