These consisted of 366 normal <br />tickets, 3 emergency tickets, 43 updated tickets, 12 meetings, 3 planning, 2 boundary <br />surveys, and 16 cancellations. This resulted in a 5.1% decrease in tickets from the <br />previous month and a 12.1% decrease from the prior October. <br />• In October, the electrical technicians completed 51 service order tasks, updated the <br />power bill, addressed customer meter issues and any off-peak concerns. <br />• The Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) residential water meters were completed <br />in October. The electrical technicians have been busy testing current transformers in <br />preparation for the arrival of our polyphase meters for our demand commercial <br />customers. We continue to receive some of our returned merchandise <br />authorization/warranty meters back from Sensus. We have approximately 5,754 (100%) <br />water meters and 13,283 (94%) electric meters that are installed within the system and <br />our overall AMI project is approximately 96% completed. <br />• The East substation concrete foundation work was completed in October. Staff has been <br />able to take advantage of the weather and have installed all of the feeder exit conduits <br />and communication/electrical conduits throughout the site. The control building was <br />delivered and placed onto its foundation on November 4. The remaining fence work was <br />completed by the contractor and staff have begun working on the ground grid <br />installation and is expected to be wrapped up by the middle of November. Assembly of <br />the steel structures is expected to start in March and will be constructed by ERMU staff. <br />Commissioning of the substation is still expected to be completed by September 1, <br />2026. <br />• Our monthly peak was 57.27 MW on October 2, at 4:23pm. <br /> <br />130
