Actual residential repair costs <br />totaled $44,333.75. One commercial repair totaled $16,050, bringing total repair costs to <br />$60,383.75. <br />The final list of Opt-Out customers, now referred to as manual meter read customers, includes <br />four electric customers, two of whom also have water. Their meters have been exchanged but <br />the radios have been turned off. <br />Delivery of electric polyphase meters is expected later this year. Once received, staff will begin <br />replacing electric meters as time permits. Staff anticipate it will take approximately six months <br />to install the meters once received. <br /> <br />109
