The AIA B133-2019 agreement solidifies the terms and conditions of our <br />partnership with LSE Architects for the duration of the project. <br /> <br />Financial Impact <br />Base fee: $427,000 (7% of construction costs). <br /> <br />Optional fee items as detailed in the LSE Letter of Engagement (March 2025): <br />▪ Low Voltage (AV/ security/ data) - $9,250.00 <br />▪ B3 level process - $31,250.00 <br />▪ Energy Modeling (exterior envelope) - $28,250.00 <br /> <br /> <br />Mission/Policy/Goal <br />Responsible for every dollar - good stewards.
