He highlighted <br />the following: <br /> Thumbs Up after-school program <br /> CAER - bagging, greeting, and check-in <br /> United Way Shiver Event, Volunteer Hub Coordinator <br /> MOPS - mentor mom <br /> KTIS Krew - concerts and events around the cities <br /> Every Meal — Lincoln Elementary food distribution <br /> House Church leader at Central Lutheran Church <br /> Elk River Rotary - QuickBooks consulting <br /> <br /> <br /> 6.2 Proclamation: Constitution Week <br /> Mayor Dietz recognized and presented the Constitution Week Proclamation to the Daughters of the <br />American Revolution member, Marilyn Schroeder. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />7. PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br /> <br /> 7.1 Conditional Use Permit: Motor Vehicle Sales and Repair, Pavel Liashkovich - 15777 Jarvis St NW <br /> The staff report was presented. <br /> <br />Mayor Dietz opened the public hearing. <br /> <br />Eduard Yukhimchuk, 20266 Yale Street NW, who owns and operates the business at 15777 <br />Jarvis Street, stated that he is available to answer questions. <br /> <br />Mayor Dietz closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />Councilmember Wagner asked the applicant if they were good with the conditions. Mr. Yukhimchuk <br />said yes. <br /> <br />Moved by Councilmember Calva and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to approve the <br /> <br />
