Potential Recommendations <br />Limiting all classes of electric bicycles to 20 MPH on paved trails <br />Prohibit the use of motorcycles, off-road motorcycles, and any motorized <br />bicycle that is not an electric assisted bicycle on public trails (paved and <br />green) within city limits <br />Prohibit the use of all motorized devices on paved and green trails and <br />provide a stipulation excepting electric bicycles <br />These are only suggestions, based on what other cities and counties have done <br />to regulate usage.
