Recommended <br />distribution guidelines have been provided by MSFS which would will be worked into the final agreement. Staff <br />will also be able to share their desired agreement considerations. <br /> <br />Key considerations: <br />• Follow the eligibility criteria set by the Minnesota Department of Revenue and Department of <br />Housing. <br />• $50,000 from the agreement date to December 31, 2026. <br />• Limited to Elk River residents. <br />• No payments will be directly given to recipients. <br />• Payments not to exceed $3,000 annually per recipient. <br />• MSFS to report to the city quarterly. <br /> <br /> <br />Financial Impact <br />N/A <br /> <br />Mission/Policy/Goal <br />Provide and support suitable housing for the community. <br /> <br />Attachments <br />1.
