Property Details REC?Comments <br />Wastewater No Domestic wastewater generated at the Property is disposed by <br />means of the septic systems. No industrial process waste water is <br />currently discharged at the Property. <br />Septic Systems No Two septic systems are located on the Property- one system for <br />each house. <br />Evidence of Releases Yes Black staining was observed under the AST located outside the <br />bus garage. <br />No other spills, stains or other indications of a surficial release <br />were observed on the Property. <br />Pits, Ponds, or <br />Lagoons <br />Yes A washed-out area to the north-northwest of the farmstead was <br />historically used as a garbage pit. The pit was not found during <br />the Site reconnaissance. <br />Stressed Vegetation No None identified <br />Additional Site <br />Observations <br />Yes One of the buildings on Site is a bus-maintenance garage.
