Tax Records: <br />•Parcel ID #75-00014-2201. Address is 16330 US HIGHWAY 10, ELK RIVER, MN. Deeded acres <br />listed as 89.20. This parcel has Green Acres and Rural Preserve. Classification is Agricultural, <br />Rural Preserve, Single Residential Unit. <br />Building Records and Fire Department Records: <br />•Records request sent to the City of Elk River. No records were obtained as of the publication <br />date of this report. If records are obtained that alter the conclusions of the report, an <br />amended version will be issued. <br />Minnesota Department of Agriculture- AgESA Guidance Document: <br />•Environmental database search completed by ENVIROSITE and included in Appendix B. <br />•No MDA WIMN Agricultural Case Files were identified on the Property or adjoining <br />properties. <br />•No MDA Incident files were identified in the search. <br />•No agricultural spills were identified on the Site or adjoining properties from the Sherburne <br />County spill list. <br />•Owner/operator unable to provide list of specific agricultural chemicals stored, handled, <br />mixed, or loaded. <br />STEVE'S OIL SERVICE- Leak ID #1649 <br />•Application for Petrolfund Reimbursement: Petroleum release detected 08/25/1988 and <br />reported to MPCA on 06/13/1989. The release occurred due to deterioration of storage tanks <br />and possible spillage during tank filling. Release discovered by Elk River city staff. <br />•Progress Report for MPCA: STS Consultants met with MPCA staff on April 3, 1991 at Steve's <br />Oil site. Authorization was obtained from MPCA to begin emergency site stabilization <br />activities which consisted of covering seven on-site tank troughs and miscellaneous open <br />barrels. Cleanup work was to consist of removal and disposal of petroleum impacted water, <br />waste oils, sludge, asphalt, and miscellaneous debris at the former bulk oil facility. <br />Authorization to proceed with the clean up work utilizing United Purification Corporatoin <br />was obtained on April 11, 1991. <br />•Site Status Report (March 27,2002): On March 20, 2002, the MPCA requested assistance in <br />releasing an environmental lien placed on the Steve's Oil Service site.
