The <br />proposed project will complete connections/realignments in the following areas: <br />1. Yale Court - The cul-de-sac just south of 171st Avenue will be extended approximately 350' south to <br />connect to 170th Avenue. <br />2. Line Avenue - 5th Street will be realigned to become one continuous route from Dodge Avenue to <br />the roundabout located at Twin Lakes Road. Line Avenue will become a cul-de-sac just north of 184th <br />Circle. <br /> <br />Six bids were received, ranging from $1,094,186.28 to $1,499,029.80. The low bid was submitted by Max <br />Steininger, Inc. Staff recommends award of the Yale Court and Line Avenue Realignments to Max Steininger, <br />Inc. <br /> <br />Financial Impact <br />Funding for the Yale Court and Line Avenue Realignment Project will be funded from our Municipal State Aid <br />Account. <br /> <br />Mission/Policy/Goal <br />Improve citizen quality of life <br /> <br />Attachments <br />1.
