An alternative process <br />would've involved shipping the turf to their facility in Georgia, resulting in production delays. Becker Arena <br />Products, Inc. has assured staff that the quality of Velcro installation will not be negatively impacted. <br /> <br />Other Misc. Improvements Include: <br />▪ Pickleball netting, fencing, and equipment. <br />▪ Event draping for the facility perimeter. <br />▪ Entryway remodel. <br /> <br />These miscellaneous improvements are expected to be under $50,000 and approved by staff in accordance <br />with our Financial Management Policy. <br /> <br />Financial Impact <br />The budget for the FT Center field house improvements is $405,000. The concrete floor and turf will be <br />completed for $237,222. This will negatively impact the FT Center operational budget in 2025 as the revenues <br />were captured in the prior year, resulting in a 2024 budget surplus. <br /> <br />Mission/Policy/Goal <br />Opportunity to live, work, and play.
