City of Elk River <br />City Council <br />Resolution 25-26 <br />A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Elk River Approving Premises <br />Permit <br />WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Elk River allows gambling licenses to be <br />issued within the city. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk <br />River, Minnesota, as follows: the request by Elk River Youth Hockey Association for a <br />premises permit at Applebee’s, 18891 Freeport Street NW, is hereby approved. <br />Passed and adopted this 16th day of June 2025. <br />John J.
