Primary Structure Setback from the OHW will be 125’. <br />d. The Shore Impact Zone is 50’ from the OHW. 70% of the Shore Impact Zone will <br />remain as open space. <br />e. There are no restrictions on Seasonal Docks for all riparian lots. <br />f. 65’ Lots are permitted in the Wild and Scenic District in areas that are not Riparian <br />or along the bluff. <br />g. Open Space must meet or exceed the 50% standard as defined in Table 2 of the <br />Mississippi Wild and Scenic River Open Space Exhibit. <br />h. Lots on the bluff will have access through the bluff. <br />i. Impervious Surface coverage of riparian lots will not exceed 25% of the lot area. <br />j.
