Mayor Dietz is asked to read the proclamation designating May 30, 2025, as Officer Kevin Heldt Day in <br />the City of Elk River. <br />2. Adopt, by motion, the proclamation. <br />Background/Discussion <br />Officer Kevin Heldt will retire from the police department on May 30. He started his career in Webster City, <br />Iowa, on October I, 1996, and joined the Elk River Police Department on July 14, 2003.
