CITY OF ELK RIVER is open to leveraging any Microsoft Security tool that meets these needs. <br />ACE365 will provide many of the components that CITY OF ELK RIVER is looking for with full understanding that there will be a need to <br />invest in some additional tools and services beyond the ACE365 offering. Marco's technical account manager will work with CITY OF ELK <br />RIVER as part of the ACE365 agreement to fully leverage all the Microsoft tools and technologies and make good recommendations on <br />areas of additional investment needs. <br />With ACE365 Cloud Acceleration Marco will partner with CITY OF ELK RIVER and provide the following: <br />24x7 Managed Detect and Response (MDR) for Endpoints and Microsoft 365 Cloud Services <br />Microsoft Defender for Endpoint Management <br />M365 Secure Score Management <br />Secure Operation Center (SOC) <br />Microsoft 365 Cloud File Backups <br />Service Desk for Microsoft 365 Administrative Requests <br />Assigned Technical Account Manager <br />Microsoft 365 Safeguards Implementation <br />Endpoint Compliance Policy Development & Management using Intune <br />Password Manager for IT Team and Employees <br />IT Documentation Repository <br />Managed Enterprise App Package & Delivery <br />Windows OS In-Place Upgrades <br />New Computer Provisioning with Delivery Day Helpdesk <br />Preferred Pricing on M365 Project Labor <br />CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES <br />Marco's ACE365 Team will guide CITY OF ELK RIVER through initial ACE365 Cloud Acceleration service provisioning and usage but require <br />the following for a successful delivery of ACE365 Cloud Acceleration: <br />CITY OF ELK RIVER must have Microsoft 365 Business Premium licensing purchased and assigned to Entra ID user accounts. <br />CITY OF ELK RIVER must be using (or have the intent to use) Microsoft's 365 services such as Exchange Online, OneDrive, Teams, <br />2Page 194 of 227
