Required permits <br />include, but are not limited to, the following: <br />. Sherburne County Access and Utility permits <br />. Minnesota Department of Health <br />. Minnesota Pollution Control Agency <br />. NPDES <br /> <br />Work in Proctor Avenue Right-of-Way <br />Watermain <br /> <br />Sanitary Sewer <br />Erosion/Sediment Control <br /> <br />VII. INFORMATIONAL MEETING <br /> <br />An informational meeting was held on Wednesday, February 15,2006 relative to these proposed <br />improvements. A total of seven properties were represented. Generally, those in attendance were <br />not opposed to the proposed improvements. The Appendix contains the mailing list, sign-up sheet, <br />presentation materials and minutes of the informational meeting. <br /> <br />VIII. PROJECT COST <br /> <br />The estimated construction and project costs for the proposed street and utility improvements are <br />summarized in Table 1. Based on past experiences on similar projects in the City, the overhead <br />items have been estimated at 28% of the construction cost.
