Proclamation <br />Designating December 2, 2024, as <br />Jeff Prehatney Day <br />in the City of Elk River, Minnesota. <br />WHEREAS, Jeff Prehatney has retired from the Police Department after 21 years of service; and <br />WHEREAS, Jeff Prehatney has earned the respect and friendship of his peers, co-workers, and <br />the Elk River Community; and <br />WHEREAS, for his dedicated service, the City Council extends their sincere appreciation to Mike <br />Suchy and wish him a long, happy, and healthy retirement! <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that I, John J. Dietz, Mayor of Elk River, do <br />hereby proclaim December 2, 2024 as Jeff Prehatney Day in recognition and appreciation of the <br />loyal and professional service provided by Jeff Prehatney. <br />John J.
