His dedication and <br />commitment to the city have not gone unnoticed. <br />In honor of his years of service, we are designating this day to celebrate his contributions to the city. Though <br />he may not be here in person tonight (he's skipped off to Florida for the winter already!), his hard work and <br />dedication are appreciated and have made a positive impact on our success. <br />We wish to express our gratitude for all he has done, and thank him for his years of service. <br />Jeff was a Community Service Officer for 21 years, and we wish him the best in his retirement. <br />Financial Impact <br />N/A <br />Mission/Policy/Goal <br />Together we win. <br />Attachments <br />I.
