out, Sherburne County reserves the right to close off the Left turn in <br />movement. <br /> <br />It should be noted that with anticipated development on the east side <br />of County Road 40 aligning with Road J, the intersection will be <br />reviewed to determine if access will be restricted to a right turn in, <br />and right turn out for all movements on both sides of the road. <br /> <br />As outlined in Chapter 7, Implementation Plan from Driving Forward, <br />Sherburne County Transportation plan, Traffic Impact Analysis section, <br />a traffic impact analysis is requested to evaluate how a proposed land <br />development or land use change would impact the operation and <br />safety of the county highway system. The analysis should include the <br />intersections of 185th and Road J with County Road 40. The analysis <br />does not preclude the requirement to follow access spacing <br />guidelines noted above. <br />5.
