PROJECT TEAM <br />We have assembled a team tailored specifically <br />to this project. Focused on engagement, vision, <br />and implementation, we will work alongside the <br />city staff to align public and private investment <br />guidance with community goals. <br />Our team is focused on helping find solutions to <br />multifaceted problems with creative, technical, <br />regulatory, funding, and community building <br />expertise. While the team here will be the core <br />team, we anticipate being able to draw from our <br />more than 950 professional staff as questions or <br />issues arise. <br />STRATEGIC ADVISORS <br />Tim Olson, PE, CFM <br />Water Resources <br />Ashley Hudson, AICP <br />Funding Advisor <br />PROJECT TEAM <br />The team will be led by Mike Thompson. Mike <br />will be the primary client contact will work closely <br />with the team and will lead several deliverables <br />including the implementation plan. Jason Cook will <br />be the principal -in -charge ensuring the project is <br />appropriately staffed and resourced. <br />Our team is organized to deliver the plan as <br />described in the scope of services. Team members <br />Rachel LeMire, Andrew Dresdner, Britton Jones, <br />and Connor Cox will be responsible for leading <br />respective delivery of plan components.
