This <br />plan would segregate the High density (Apartments). And <br />should have close proximity to shopping. This plan has them <br />the furthest away from shopping. <br />Approval would be like a thief getting off on a technicality. <br />(Can't consider Phase 2?) <br />High density next to singe family? <br />1.
