Open casual discussion. Stop me with questions or comments.
Sometimes I assume there is understanding when I don't provide
enough detail. My expectation if that I will be called out for anything
that I'm wrong about.
My point is not subjective, not conjecture but is verifiable and fact
based. There are two major components. 1. It is irresponsible to move
forward with the approval process of Phase 1 without careful
consideration of the impact on Phase 2. Reference The Request for
action 4.4. page 4 bottom. 2. For obvious reasons developers will not
build high density buildings next to their single family homes. (premium
value of lot, desirability) I have examples.
Only Phase 1?
We believe this approval process is set up to only address Phase 1.
Therefore, this needs to be addressed before the impact to our
property is discussed;
I believe we should look at the total development before
Phase 1 is approved
e Would the Planning commission only deal with Phase V?
Specific criteria not being met in Phasel. Mix of housing?
No reasonable person or company would approve a contract
that doesn't meet requirements and relies on unspecified,
undefined data
Example: 1. House build- no kitchen in plan- we will talk
about that latter 2. Road -first half is dependent on second
half that we can't include in approval process.
